Staying inside a hotel but not able to enjoy all t

The stay is generally good. However for checking in I have problems as this is a private apartment n not part of Awana Resorts World. So I was not fully prepared as I was expecting enjoying the facilities of Awana Resort World Hotel. Also there was no toiletries. The place is a little run down with loose parquet floor tiles
