Sofa and coffee table in the room are very down. Better off for guests if these are removed as it will free up more space. Room cleanliness, particularly the bed, is suspect.

The duvet had medium sized red spots either blood or lipstick on it and the sheet had large brown spots that was either feces or coffee. Half of the wall connecting the toilet to her bedroom was soaking wet and moldy. The outlet did not work.
