The primary suite is a retreat in itself, featuring a king-size bed, a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a large stand-up shower, and a luxurious dressing area with an oversized closet. Each of the five bedrooms is a private suite, complete with its own well-appointed bathroom, ensuring ultimate comfort for all guests.

SAFETY AND SECURITY: For the safety and security of our guests and property, This home is equipped with two exterior security cameras. One camera is located at the front of the home, facing the driveway, while the second camera is positioned in the driveway, monitoring the front door. There is an additional camera above the elevator. These cameras are solely for security purposes and do not capture any interior spaces.

BEACH GEAR INCLUDED: Peace Vacations has partnered with VayK Gear to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $50 a day. You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more - the choice is yours!

Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 5. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.
