Transportation team was excellent.
Room shower dirty with lots of mold; tv did not work for entire three day visit.
Room service took wrong room number ; after waiting two hours for meal ; called and they want now to deliver two hour old meal that was delivered to wrong room.
Trainee at front desk did know really what to do ; and did not properly check in , so that at restaurant they cannot charge meal to room. When I checked out, front desk said credit card machine is down , please pay cash.
Very few staff were welcoming or friendly. They look at you and say nothing.
I enter the pool side restaurant for first time to take meal. Three staff stand and look at me. No one said “ good evening , sir. How can I help you ?” They just stare , say nothing , very un welcoming. So, I ask I would like to have table for meal .
Called room service to ask where meal is. And lady says we will sent it up ; it’s been sitting here , after being sent to wrong room.
I ask if the could re-do spaghetti as it was delivered to wrong room and has been sitting for two hours. For food safety , I did want a reheated meal after going to another room. Lady who answered room service on phone started to yell and say that she would deliver the food and there was nothing wrong with it. Yelling in phone.
