The property is brand new and in excellent condition. The entire facility was very clean and modern with touches of historical charm. The AC units worked well in all of the units and were controlled by us. Our room had a sauna and balcony which was beautiful. The town of Gerace is incredibly charming and interesting, it is medieval and has spectacular vistas. The breakfasts were delicious. The hosts were amazing and very, very helpful. We would highly recommend this B&B. We happened to arrive during a festival for Saint Antonio, so we needed reservations for dinner - I'd recommend making reservations in advance. The restaurant on the same street of the B&B had food that looked and smelled spectacular. We plan to return here.
