Very beautiful chalet for 6 people well located 400 m from the town center and the lake, 200 m from the ski bus stop and 2 km from the ski slopes.
Ground floor: Very bright dining / living room with balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC and a bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm).
Upstairs: Mezzanine area, bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).
Exterior: Garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, large unfenced plot with car parking.
Baby equipment available.
No animals, no smoking.

Short stay possible depending on period. Between 250 and 300 euros.
Charges not included for the period from September 1 to May 30.

Chalet tres agrĂ©able pour dĂ©couvrir Gerardmer et ses environs, Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate du centre ville et du lac. Chalet bien Ă©quipĂ©, nous avons particulierement apprĂ©ciĂ© les jouets disponibles pour les plus petits ! Quelques petits bĂ©mols sur la qualitĂ© de la literie (tres dur!) Et sur l'isolation globale du logement (sonore et thermique) qui fait que l'on entend tout d'une piĂšce Ă  l'autre. Quand bien mĂȘme il est mentionnĂ© dans l'annonce que l'Ă©lectricitĂ© est Ă  notre charge, une estimation du coĂ»t (hiver/Ă©tĂ©) serait apprĂ©ciable, car se retrouver avec une note de 140e pour 1 semaine, certes en plein hiver, nous semble tout de mĂȘme excessif. NĂ©anmoins nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour et recommandons ce chalet !

Nous avons apprécié la situation exceptionnelle de ce chalet bois qui offre un hébergement individuel calme et sobre à quelques pas du lac et des rues piétonnes de Gérardmer. L'accueil trÚs sympathique et les prestations complémentaires de Fanny (lits faits à notre arrivée, fourniture de linge de maison de qualité et ménage au départ) ont permis un séjour trÚs agréable. Un accÚs Wi-Fi aurait été appréciable.

Chalet trĂšs bien situĂ© et spacieux. Lesenfants ont beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la mezzanine . Proche du centre ville, facile d’accĂšs. Manque un peu de luminositĂ© et lit pas trĂšs confortable.Cela a sera apparemment pris en considĂ©ration par l’hĂŽte. ÉlectricitĂ© rĂ©glĂ©e Ă  la fin du sĂ©jour et choix du forfait mĂ©nage ou non.Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Gerardmer

Chalet trĂšs bien placĂ©, spacieux pour 4 adultes. Cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e mais peut mieux faire pour le mĂ©nage .Le canapĂ© n’est pas confortable, l’une des parois de douche se dĂ©clipse trĂšs facilement c’est dangereux. Le gros bĂ©mol nous concernant c’est le chauffage: avec des tempĂ©ratures nĂ©gatives sans soleil et malgrĂ© les radiateurs de la piĂšce de vie sur 20 impossible de dĂ©passer 16, seule la mezzanine a une tempĂ©rature agrĂ©able .

Chalet propre et bien équipé. Nous sommes allé au lac en 5-10 min à pied. Centre ville et boulangerie à 5 min. Bien placé pour rayonner pour nos randonnées et visites.

Chalet bien situé, à pied, il est possible de faire ses courses, boulangerie, pharmacie, ... Proche de l'Office de tourisme, de la zone piétonne, du lac et qlq rando faisable toujours sans voiture. Le logement est propre et bien équipé. Nous avons pu prendre nos petits déjeuners en terrasse. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli

Le logement est trĂšs bien situe. Morgane qui nous a accueillis est juste TOP. Disponible Ă  l’écoute, elle a tout fait pour que notre sĂ©jour soit rĂ©ussi. Pour le logement, il n’était pas propre Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, mĂ©riterait une petite remise Ă  neuf et l’isolation n’est pas top. Les frais annexes, Ă©lectricitĂ©, mĂ©nage, 
 nous ont sembles dĂ©mesurĂ©! Mais un sĂ©jour top tout de mĂȘme!

Séjour trÚs agréable

Morgane est trÚs gentille, pleine d'attention et à l'écoute. Le chalet est trÚs bien situé, à qq minutes du centre ville et du lac. Les pistes sont a proximité. La piÚce de vie est spacieuse, la cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle. La sdb est vieillissante mais il y a le nécessaire. TrÚs bon séjour.

Le chalet est joli, bien situé mais tres mal isolé contre le froid et le chauffage electrique est en plus. L'isolation phonique à l'intérieur est lui aussi trÚs succinct La literie est vieillissante Nous avons malgré tout passé un agreable sejour

Schön und hellhörig

Das Haus ist prinzipiell wunderschön, leider nur sehr, sehr hellhörig. Die Zwischendecke zum Obergeschoss besteht aus einer 2,5 cm starken Holzlattung. Man hört jeden Schritt und jedes GesprĂ€ch im Nebenzimmer und anderen Stockwerk. FĂŒr unterschiedlich lange Schlafzeiten seehehr schwierig. KĂŒchen/ Geschirrausstattung eher dĂŒrftig (vor allem, wenn man zu sechst kĂ€me. Strom kostet extra, habe ich in der Beschreibung (und im Vorvertrag!) nicht gelesen... Aber es gibt auch ganz viel Positives :-)

Maison bien située proche du lac et au calme car éloignée des routes passantes. Une petite montée pour accéder à la maison à prendre en compte si pas de voiture pour les personnes ùgées. Accueil trÚs sympathique. Maison agréable avec toutes les commodités.
