The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming 220 m² house for rent in Gérardmer, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 100 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 5,000 m² garden. The accommodation is as follows:
First floor
- A 100 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and bathroom with bath and shower

First floor
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bedroom 3: a single bed and a cot
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- An 80 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden surrounded by the Vosges departmental estate, offering a peaceful, natural setting with a river nearby.

The house is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Activities :
Enjoy skiing in Gérardmer or La Bresse, as well as a wide range of water sports on Lac de Gérardmer. You can also enjoy hiking, dirtbikes, tennis, padel and much more at La Mauselaine in Gérardmer.
In La Bresse, Verticales Vosges offers climbing, via ferrata, canyoning and many other adventures.
When it comes to culture, Alsace is just 45 minutes away, with its renowned vineyards and a wide variety of museums.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private garage and parking lot or in front of the house.

- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided for the first flambé, no additional wood is supplied.- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €10/stay (two pets maximum), please specify when booking. A dog cage and cat tree are available.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with security devices (camera overlooking the entrance).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the scheduled times is subject to the availability of the concierge. A flat-rate supplement of €40 will be charged for arrivals between 7pm and 10pm, payable on site. It is also possible to arrive between 10 p.m. and midnight, subject to a surcharge of €50, also payable on site.
