Chouette appartement

Appartement très bien situé et bien équipé. On n'entend pas les voisins et l'appartement est bien insonorisé. Seuls inconvénients, l'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas, le logement n'était pas très propre et impossible de régler le chauffage.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances malgré le manque de neige. L'appartement est bien situé et est très fonctionnel. Je recommande cet appartement qui est en plein centre de gerardmer.

Séjour agréable. Appartement bien situé. Équipements corrects mis à part pour l’aspirateur 😉 Propriétaire ok mais personne chargée de la réception désagréable et de mauvaise foi. En dehors de ça , bon séjour avec encore un peu de neige.

Een en al pracht

Een duplex met alle benodigdheden.Wij waren met twee koppels en alles was aanwezig.Tevens uitstekende uitvalbasis om veel te bezoeken.Leuk terras met zetels en tafeltje.Ontvangst en vertrek geen probleem. Zelf garage voor de auto en ruime parking voor app.

Location conforme aux attentes pour 6. il manque un double jeu de clés pour porte de l immeuble et appartement. Isoler la mezzanine pour le soir du bas sinon impossible d entendre programmes différents sur le deux télés . Mais impeccable pour le reste

Les plus : - Emplacement en plein centre, à proximité des commerces et du lac ; - Ascenseur ; - Balcon ; - 2 salles de bain dont une avec baignoire ; - Garage ; - Très calme ; - Bonne literie ; - Propriétaire à l'écoute ; - Bon accueil et gestionnaire très sympa. Les moins : - Manque d'équipement pour pouvoir faire le ménage ; - Les ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle mériteraient d'être enrichis ; à titre d'exemple, les verres à vin manquent (surtout à 1 heure de l'Alsace) ; une cafetière classique également.
