Rooms are large and spacious. The pullout sofa has a decent mattress. The beds aren’t very comfortable though; the mattresses are pretty firm. This would be a much better stay if the bathroom had been cleaned. There was hair all over the floor, in the shower, and even inside the toilet. So unfortunately, I don’t think the bathroom was even cleaned. But we got in late with 4 kids and didn’t want the hassle of moving rooms. Housekeeping needs some work here.

Honestly the hotel was great, the breakfast is good, the pool and hot tub were great. Really friendly staff. The only complaint I have is yhe beds are very uncomfortable. I like a stiffer mattress, but these were awful, and the pillows. The minute your head head the pillow your head was touching the bed. The hotel could really use a more firm option for pillows, and do something about the horrible mattresses. Other than the beds i love staying there. The amenities are great and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
