The Rotunda is an iconic pet-friendly property located just a short stroll across the park to the water's edge and minutes from Seven Mile Beach! Arguably with the best location in Gerroa, The Rotunda is unique in its appearance and in what it has to offer - including the rotunda room at the top of the house which has amazing views. Featuring a modern kitchen, uninterrupted panoramic views from the sun filled terrace with outdoor dining and sun chairs, The Rotunda is a place to enjoy casual, long summer days with family and friends. Comfortably accommodating several families (maximum 8 adults) across 4 bedrooms, The Rotunda is a mix of modern and retro and is well known for a offering a classic, easy beach holiday.

The entrance to the property is located at the back of the house, giving guests exclusive access to the main level, rotunda room and backyard. Downstairs is a private owner level and is separate to the accommodation.

Where will I be?

The Rotunda is perfectly located in Gerroa, directly across from Seven Mile Beach and the Crooked River Estuary. You will be on the beach within minutes! The village of Gerroa is at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach and the towns of Gerringong, Kiama and Berry are just a short drive away. And, if your pet loves the beach then you can bring it along also. Please check local websites for pet friendly areas of the beach.

Unrivalled in its perfect location, The Rotunda is a comfortable stay offering an uncomplicated beach holiday that takes you back to the simpler days. No car needed - just stroll to the beach at your leisure! Enjoy sharing a meal with family and friends on the terrace as you watch the waves roll in. Or just soak up the sun and enjoy the sea breeze. If you prefer to sit comfortably in the living room you can still enjoy the uninterrupted views. The rotunda room is a great place for kids to hang out too! With a spacious living area and additional indoor dining table, there is enough room for everyone.

How is the property laid out?

The Rotunda is the upstairs level of the house. The main living area, kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area enjoy uninterrupted views of Seven Mile Beach and the Crooked River estuary. Enter the house from the driveway located at the back of the house, where 3 of the 4 bedrooms and one bathroom are located. The master bedroom with ensuite is at the front of the house, and you can wake up to the the view of the water! The laundry has a washing machine and dryer with an additional toilet. Circular stairs take you to the rotunda - a circular room with lounge and TV and amazing views! Though the house has some original retro features, the kitchen and furnishings are modern and comfortable.

Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?

There is one Smart TV in the lounge room, a TV in the rotunda and another in the main bedroom. This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.

Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

There is a large sun-filled terrace that overlooks the beach and captures the sea breeze! This an outdoor dining table and sun chairs. There is an additional outdoor dining area at the back of the house which is very sheltered, as well as a lawn area. Though the property is pet friendly, the property is not fenced. Seven Mile Beach is just a stroll across the park.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Open the doors to capture the fresh sea breeze. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the living room and the rotunda room. There are ceiling fans throughout (except for Bedroom 4), as well as heaters to keep you warm in cooler weather.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

The Rotunda has parking in the driveway for 2 cars. Parking on the street is possible, but due to the proximity to the beach please be aware of parking restrictions in the area. The garages are not accessible to guests.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Yes, The Rotunda is pet friendly! However, please note the following:
- the property is not fenced
- please do not allow your pet to go into the bedrooms or to sit on furniture
- please clean up after your pet
- Please check local websites for pet friendly areas of the beach

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
