The apartment was clean and had everything I wanted. The only challenge was when I needed to catch a bus with bags, and it was a bit hilly walking to the bus stop. I would stay again.

Nice place to stay when passing through Gex, cute village too with carrefour, restos and mountain hikes walking distance. The room had everything I needed (towels, soap, tea kettle, dishes) and even pots and pans to cook if you would want to. No coffee in the room so bring your own or reserve breakfast at their café.

You get what you pay for

It was provided cutlery and other kitchen appliances in the room, however, these were dirty and not properly cleaned. Terrible pillows, suggest to bring your own. Nice and helpful staff!!

An easy stay

I was doing a job in Geneva, this was a convenient place to stay. I didn't see the stuff too much, as much as I can say, they were friendly. They never bothered me - even with cleaning, my room was never cleand in my five days stay. The environment is nice, beautyful cedar park and lovely old town in walking distance. If you don't have highe expectations, this is your place

Great hotel

Great location with fantastic balcony views across lakes or mountains. Nice and quiet room. Didn't have breakfast as we found a fantastic cafe/patisserie up on main road.

This place was lousy and misrepresented online.

We asked for a non smoking room with a view and air conditioning. We didn't get any of the three items we asked for, even though we were assured that these were all reserved. On their website it said that all rooms were non-smoking, air conditioned and had mountain views. A continental breakfast was also available. When we got there and found out we were in rooms that smelled like smoke, looked at a grass and cement wall, and had no air conditioning, we tried to contact them but everyone was unavailable until the following Monday. The continental breakfast was unavailable on weekends as well. No one even at the concierge desk. No one returned our call when we left a message. When we checked out on Monday and explained our frustration, we got no apology or explanation. Just a simple, "we'll look into that". We definitely will never return!!!

Great Value

Great little spot to sleep on the cheap with a bus to Geneva. It has a kitchen stocked with silverware and pots. Only thing that is a little awkward is the bathtub (at least in my unit)

Far from Geneva but very nice and clean.

The hotel's location was not to be desired but if you like being a great distance from the city then it would be perfect. I was able to take the bus into Geneva but if you can, get a car. The hotel is next to an Equestrian school so there is feces and bad smells but at least you get to see the horses in the morning. It is not really close to any food so make sure you purchase something before retiring. Very comfortable bed with great kitchen set up. My only serious complaint is the reception, it is almost like they aren't there and the reception is not open on Sundays.

Basic overnight stay

Reception is not staffed round the clock. Late arrivals have to call a number to get access to their keys which didn't pick up for 20 minutes when I arrived. Rooms are ok but basic with wooden floors, slat bed frame and thin mattress. Kitchen is fully equipped. Room service is once a week. Parking is available but spots are small. It is utilitarian but not comfortable.

It was quite distance to geneva palexpo but considered its price to geneva ones overall satisfaction. But the brakfast menu needs to be improved. There are sight things and leisure activity programs so it should be positive to ise it.
