On the hill of Ghiffa in the beautiful area of the Sacro Monte nature reserve in a super panoramic and sunny position is the Villa Serra Boutique Spa.The Villa Serra Boutique and Spa is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, equipped with beautiful panoramic terraces and wellness facilities. On the ground floor there is a living room with lounge and TV with a panoramic view, a kitchen open onto the dining room, from where there is access to the courtyard equipped with a dining table and a large barbecue. Completing the ground floor are two bathrooms with shower and washing machine and two bedrooms that overlook the garden, one with a double bed and one with two castelo beds. Going up to the first floor is the master suite with bedroom and en suite bathroom with tub and large panoramic terrace equipped with sun loungers and sunshade. The outdoor area is ideal for relaxing, in the garden on the ground floor there is a large 5-seater Jacuzzi with a view of the lake, heated, lit with music, an outdoor shower and a beautiful traditional wooden sauna. Climbing a staircase, there is another panoramic terrace equipped with lounge, table and sun umbrella, and up on the roof terrace there is the highlight of the villa, another panoramic terrace of the villa, which offers a wide view of Lake Maggiore up to the castles of Cannero and Switzerland, equipped with outdoor furniture. Small pets allowed for an additional charge.

Wir hatten ein rundum traumhaften Urlaub, Die Lage des Hauses in den Hügeln von Ghiffa mit tollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore sind unbezahlbar. Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße, welche wirklich diesen Namen nicht verdient, somit gibt es keinen Durchgangsverkehr und der angrenzende Wald verschafft zusätzlich Ruhe. Die Größe des Hauses hat uns (6 Personen) den nötigen Freiraum für jeden gegeben. Die Aufteilung und Gestaltung der Räume sowie der Außenbereiche und die drei Badezimmer runden das Paket wunderbar ab. Die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiterin der Agentur war perfekt und sie ist jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen. Auch der Check-in und Check-out waren reibungslos.Der kleine Dorfladen ist sehr zu empfehlen - es gibt alles für den täglichen Gebrauch zu sehr guten Preisen und die Qualität der Ware ist erstklassig.Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen...

Traumurlaub

Traumhafter Urlaub in bester Lage und in einer hochwertigen Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man braucht - und noch viel mehr! Besonders hervorzuheben war die persönliche Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiterin der Agentur, die täglich für uns ansprechbar war und sich um unser Wohlergehen bemüht hat. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: die letzten 300 Meter "Straßenstück" zur Unterkunft verdienen nicht einmal den Namen "Feldweg". Allrad und gute Bodenfreiheit sind definitiv von Vorteil!Empfehlenswert ist der kleine Dorfladen direkt unterhalb der Villa, fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Neben frischen Backwaren kriegt man sonst auch alles für das tägliche Leben. Das Geschäft hat alles, was man braucht - was es nicht hat, braucht man auch nicht!
