L'appartement est situé dans un quartier plutôt calme avec de nombreux commerces et des restaurants intéressants.Le parking (inclu) est indispensable car les places de parking dans ce coin sont très difficiles à trouver.Je ne mets que 3 étoiles car :- Il a été impossible d'obtenir les informations d'accès à l'appartement avant mon départ malgré 2 relances 15 jours avant la date de location- les informations ont été reçu en cours de journée le jour de la location via Whatsapp sans que je sois prévenue (je n'ai donc pas consulté la messagerie avant d'arriver). Ces infos étaient peu claires et il m'a fallu demander de l'aide d'urgence pour accéder à l'appartement (pour moi mal indiqué dans l'immeuble).- beaucoup de choses détériorées à notre arrivée (porte du placard entrée, abattant WC, la moitié des volets innopérants- utilisation du lave vaisselle pas supporté par le compteur électrique- quantité de vaisselle insuffisante mal adaptée pour 4 personnes (particulièrement bols/tasses, cafetière)- terrasse incluse dans la location mais avec environnement pauvre, sale et non équipée. A mon avis sans intérêt- appartement mal isolé phoniquement
