The room that I booked was extremely hot and the thermostat would not adjust to get the room cooler. The heat caused me to sweat all night and I was extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately I won't recommend any of my colleagues or family to book a room at this hotel.

The location was excellent for our visit and the rates were exceptional. Had several issues with our room keys working in locks and our first room had an extremely noisy air conditioner fan. The staff moved us to another room which resolved that issue.

Price was excellent. Carpets in the hallways need replaced. Wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling. The hotel is dated, but was still a lot of fun for the kids with the large pool. Breakfast was a bonus. You can definitely find plenty of issues with this hotel, but for the price and everything that was included it was great as far as budget-friendliness goes.

Terrible place to stay, we had a group with multiple.rooms and several Air conditioners didnt work propperly and it was 90 degrees outside. Not a single ice machine worked. Bottom of pool injured several players feet because of pool conditionion. Shower faucets in several rooms didnt work or couldnt change tbe temp. Hotel restrrom was disgustingly dirty.

This hotel is very amazing the pool was very convenient our room is literally outside of the pool and by the breakfast they have a plethora breakfast options so you have a full breakfast not just cereal. The staff there was always friendly anytime you came in or out they would say good morning good afternoon and ask if I stay was good I love this hotel overall I would recommend it to anybody.

I have stayed at a Red Lion before and really enjoyed it, however this specific one was not a good one at all. It took over 20 minutes for check in, the room I reserved was not the room I received and they said it was unavailable, the hot tub and sauna were both not available and closed. My room number was written on paper, the couch had a stain, the bathroom ceiling was coming undone and the toilet kept clogging and had a dirty plunger in there to use and there was no screen on window. Would definitely not stay again.

AC was broken the whole time no AC in the whole building for over two weeks to months… large large party of bikers 30+ all complained about hot rooms and not being told about the amenities. Plumbing leaks in the bathroom got reported. Didn’t get fixed got moved rooms, but getting rooms moved was also a problem because they were overbooked with mad bikers that they couldn’t put anywhere as well because all the rooms were hot. Short on rooms because the cleaning service only cleans rooms that were needed to be clean for new bookings each night instead of cleaning every room that was dirty to have emergency and spare rooms clean. Seen dirty rooms with doors left open all day long and all night long after cleaning cruise would leave. Have to walk through hallway, seeing ugly dirty rooms with torn down sheets that hadn’t been serviced or door shut.. mini rooms upstairs facing the pool out of order without door knobs so rooms aren’t at full capacity as is. None of the magnetic door keys work to let you in the exterior. And the magnetic door keys have to be reprogrammed several times within your stay to your own room. Etc. and so on other things.

When I arrive at the Red Lion, I immediately knew I had made a poor decision. The lobby stank of melted rubber, and the front desk clerk seemed very displeased that someone had arrived and needed to check in. She emphasized that if my parking permit was not properly displayed, I WOULD be towed. (There were about six vehicles parked in the massive parking lot.) I pulled around to the back door near the elevator, but it was locked and my key card would not open it. I drove back around to the front and hauled my luggage across the ground floor to the elevator, and the elevator smelled much more strongly of burned rubber. There was no air conditioning in my suite, and it was very hot. I went to get ice, and the third floor ice machine had an “out of order” sign. The ice machines on the second and third floors , but they did not produce any ice. My suite was nice, but there was only one waste basket, another in the bathroom would have been very nice. The housekeeper was very nice, but surprised me by showing up at 4 PM. The Wi-Fi connection speed was less than 1mbps. The front desk clerk at checkout would not provide me with a folio, because I had booked through a 3rd party, despite not having PAID through a 3rd party, and it is typically the entity that takes your payment who must provide you with your receipt. I asked for a manager, and the clerk promised that they would call me, but so far they have not.

Absolutely awful!!!! First sent us to a room that was already occupied. Second our room was very hot and very dirty. Turned the AC on and left for a few hours. Got back still hot. I inquired if I was setting the AC right just to find out the Hotel AC was broken!! I ask why I wasn’t told upon check in and was told “I try to remember to tell everyone”. Are you kidding me?!?! Try to remember???? Checked out the next morning and demanded a refund which I am still waiting on. Have a receipt showing i was supposed to have a credit but nope…not yet!!
