Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I came to check in with my kid after 10 pm and the host told me she wouldn’t let me in as she has reservation for tomorrow and I am not even on the list. It was very scary to be in unknown town that late and women didn’t care and said call the site you booked with… it’s very frustrating as I booked months before and was sure everything will be smooth. I am very disappointed and everything was booked around the area , so I had to try to grind smth in the middle of the night… insanity
