Enjoy a relaxing stay at Lake Escape where the lake is just steps away!

Read a book on the deck, watch the boats enjoy a coffee and BBQ your next meal. Lake Escape is
situated in town so shops, restaurants and the pier are just a short walk away.

Open living space and beautiful views of the lake make all times of the year enjoyable. The kitchen is filled with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, spices, basic pantry items, tea and coffee for your use. The laundry area is ready for you with detergent so you won't have to bring home a big bag of laundry. Towels are provided for the washroom and beach towels are available for the beach. When you return from the beach the outdoor shower is perfect for washing away the sand. All bedding is provided as well.

Maximum of 8 adults allowed.

What a wonderful spot! Far larger than I needed but would be great for family or friends for a vacation with friends or family. Fabulous location on the beach and walking trails/park and close to downtown. Has everything you need and host was communicative and accommodating. We booked this rental for a girls weekend to celebrate my birthday. Everything was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The cabin is beautiful and was very clean upon arrival. It was so nice and spacious and such a bonus that we all got our own rooms. Amazing location, it was lovely watching the sunrise on the lake right from the back deck. Tom was great with communication and there were zero issues with our stay. We will be back for sure.

Our first time ever booking a vacation with Vrbo and we were not at all disappointed. The cottage was exactly as described.Communication with Tom was great. Being rookies at this he gave excellent instruction on how to access the property.The cottage itself was excellent. Appeared to have been fairly recently updated and was very clean.Certainly larger than we needed but we loved having so much space. It felt like a home away from home.Although still frozen, the views of the lake from the deck, and even inside the cottage, were awesome!The proximity to the beach walkway was fantastic! Our pupper absolutely loved his daily walks along the beach and around town.

Fathers and sons trip for greenback walleye on lake Winnipeg. This house worked perfectly with the 4 bedrooms making sure we all had our own room. House is clean and we'll stocked. I will return next year and rebook if it's open.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing and more than we had imagined. The home easily accomodated a group of 7 adults. It was nice to have a bar area with a fridge near the patio for easy access to refreshments. The patio area was large and had lots of seating; we spent a lot of time out there!! The house was definitley set up for entertaining a group of adults, but I could also easily see bringing my family (two young boys) here as well. Being so close to the beach and several blocks to the shops and restaurants meant we could walk everywhere we needed to take in most of what Gimli had to offer. It was an a solutley perfect stay and we hope to make this an annual trip!!

Fabulous accommodations and location!

We love staying at this cottage! The cottage itself is spotless and the bed were so comfortable. They provide absolutely everything you’d ever need for a great vacation. Tons of room for everyone in the open concept living room and eating area, and a great deck with lots of furniture to sit and take in the beautiful lake. It’s seconds from the beach and minutes away from the town of Gimli. We’ve stayed here twice and hope to make Tom’s fabulous cottage our annual home away from home.
