Villa Fragranza is an elegant and welcoming two-story ancient house surrounded by a citrus garden. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Fragranza you will have a characteristic view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Fragranza is 270 square meters (2900 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Giuggianello, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 350 meters (380 yards), the bus stop at 230 meters (755 feet) and the closest beach (Porto Badisco Beach) at 12.8 km (roughly 7.9 miles). You will reach Villa Fragranza walking past a main entrance gate and going up a route that cuts through the courtyard and includes approximately three stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Fragranza we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 2.5 meters (8 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will have a nice view of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a wood bench and with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the patio you will have a lovely view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 380 square meters (4100 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic jasmine pergola and by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with an hammock and an external shower. From the garden you will have a pleasant view of the swimming pool.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with polished concrete. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a long L-shaped sofa, two armchairs and a desk. There is a big and elegant fireplace made of stone. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the dining room. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the courtyard, going down approximately three steps, through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a mini refrigerator.
