A surprise in Conshohocken, PA

Computer system was down at check in, 11 pm. Desk clerk called manager to et us into a room, she was very sweet. I said we did not want to be by the elvator, she brought us down the hall, her key wouldn't work. Put us in the room next to elevator. Kitchen sink clogged, disposal non functional, missing a closet door [??], lighting was awful. A/C cycled constantly. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and professional all around and the bed quite comfortable. I was surprised at the conditions in the suite, perhaps this room was only used for late check ins or something.

Overall it wasn’t bad except the air conditioning didn’t work. I let the front desk know the first night and they said it’s too late and maintenance would fix it next day. Next morning I reminded front desk again. I was out all day and when I returned it still wasn’t fixed and had to ask the third time, maintenance guy took a look and offered me a fan and said it would take another day. I stayed 5 days and 4 nights and on checkout I let the front desk know again that it still wasn’t fixed. I was out most the day everyday and didn’t want to switch rooms which they had offered.

Bearable but only as a last option.

When i first got there, I genuinely thought it was abandoned. They can't help the industrial area they're in, but the sign was damaged and it just looked bleak. The check-in desk was upstairs with little signage which added to the abandoned feel. The staff I interacted with were very nice, but while the layout of the room was nice, that's where the positivity ends. The bed was rock hard on one side and caved in on the other. There were dead flies all over the table, and ants in the pool room. The pool/hot tub had bits in it (though to be fair that comes with the territory of public pools) but the dirt and food bits all over the floors made me feel so gross. It also feels really cheap that they charge for parking, i did eventually find it on the website but its not easily seen, and $12 per night seems really steep. If its that serious just raise the price of the room a little. The gym was small but usable so thats a plus I guess. They also gave you control of the thermostat, but it didn't feel like cold air, just a fan. I also didn't get food poisoning from the breakfast so I call that a win. It was bearable for a single night stay, but I would not book here again. (The only picture I thought to take was of the dead flies, and its kind of hard to see since they were small, but every black speck is a bug)

Convenient and fair price

Convenient location, spacious rooms in good condition and helpful staff. Many useful facilities (gym, pool, bar) and free snacks. There was no housekeeping in 4 days, so you may have to ask for it if you want it.

It was our first time trying this hotel for two nights. Overall, it was a great experience. All the staff were amazing and helpful, and met all our needs with great service. Only thing is that the bathroom sink was clogged, but once we informed the front desk, someone came to fix it and all was good. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Room was spacious. Overall, would definitely come again and recommend it to others.

At this establishment the staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Great space for families with children 13 and under. I liked the indoor pool hours(FYI- no lifeguard on duty), the hot tub was a reasonable size, 24 hour access to the gym, and the basketball court was really a nice touch (just bring your own ball). I liked that a hot breakfast was included with the stay.
