The location is very convenient for the train stations and shopping, but it isn't a very nice area, especially at night. It is OK for one night only, as it was my case.

My stay at this hotel was not great. I was given an accessible room despite not requesting one. The sink was down to my knees, the toilet had no lid and didn’t flush properly. I had to use the kitchenette sink which was also quite uncomfortable. There is also no daily cleaning unless you specifically ask for it. Overall, I do not recommend. There are better hotels in the area for the same price.

We mostly enjoyed the stay, loved the concept, cannot fault the rooms. The design was wonderful. For me it was between the Clayton and Adagio,- it was the same price for that weekend. we went for Adagio because of the welcoming of pets, and the eco friendly value really pushed it for us, with the price being similar. We loved the fact that we could bring our pets next time and the facility was super clean. The only downfall was the reception. There was rolling eyes and huffing when we asked to put our bags in the luggage hold before our train. We only asked because a receptionist suggested we could. Having to scan your room card to get in the lift to the rooms, every, single, time was not efficient. All in all- 4 Stars, if you don’t expect hospitality.

This hotel worked great for a group of friends. We were able to share an apartment but have separate beds in separate rooms. The location is very convenient to train stations and attractions. The bedroom was very tight. There was not much room to move around the bed. The water pressure in the shower could have been better but was perfectly functional.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable but there is a co pub across the road it is loud and the barrels are delivered every morning at 6am, the windows were open as it was warm, so you are woken up.

Very busy and central location, with this place being a nice oasis from the bustling city. The staff were wonderful and the lobby was a fun place to hang out while we waited for our friends. They had a good breakfast as well.

Our experience with the hotel overall was great. It is easy to get to, close to the train stations. The sites are close by and within walking distance. Our only issue was with the bathroom. They put us in an accessible bathroom, which is great for people who need it, however we don't. The sink was too low to be of much use beyond washing hands and it is easy to accidentally set off the alarm. We ended up using the kitchen sink more than the bathroom sink.
