Good hotel and comfortable stay

It’s a good comfortable hotel with clean rooms and beds. Though for 4 people in room with 2 beds there is no space to walk in the room. The second bed goes wall to wall so you cannot walk to bathroom. The hotel offers a good breakfast spread so it is welcome. The hotel is centrally located so it makes it convenient

Another great stay here at Holiday Inn Express. We stayed one night ahead of an early coach trip from the bus station. The location is fantastic, the service was consistently excellent, and the new option of having dinner delivered from DiMaggios next door was terrific

Only spent 1 night here but very happy with the experience . The rooms & breakfast were good & the staff lovely. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off around midnight but the staff evacuated the building with the minimum of fuss & kept us informed about what was going on . Fortunately a false alarm caused by steam in one of the rooms . Would certainly recommend.

Trip was good, but room number 177 looked a bit tired and need of redecorating in areas. Remote for TV didn’t appear to be in the room, as the phone in the room didn’t work I had to go to reception to report it, the lad at the desk managed to supply one but sadly it didn’t work. After a full search of the room the missing remote was found under the bed. There is also a loud noise of rushing water in the bathroom day and night.
