Great stay Christmas eve to check out Boxing Day. Staff very helpful and Breakfast staff were great and on the ball both mornings Room very clean and shower a good size. I would recommend this experience at Holiday Inn express.

First the good: Friendly staff, clean room and included breakfast buffet. The bad: Parking- we did not get information prior to arrival that parking was to be in a garage not on the property and that it would cost to park there ($$). We also had to drive around the block numerous times while looking for a way to go in front door to ask about where to park. We actually discovered the parking garage and parked there not knowing it was where patrons would need to park. When we booked, we were advised that the beds were similar to king size beds but upon arrival learned that they got rid of all king beds in favor of much smaller double beds and twin beds. The double bed was too small for us as a couple and was very uncomfortable. We have been IHG members for some time and were quite disappointed as this was an anniversary trip for us. We hoped for much better.
