The room is apparently clean, especially the sheets and towels. But the rest of the room is very dusty, and the carpet is truly disgusting. It's impossible to be without shoes. Upon checking out, I received an intimidating response that I couldn't leave any bags because they didn't have space. However, while I sat down to write to customer service, other guests were coming to collect their bags, and they still hadn't accepted mine. I had to stay on-site to see if a manager could help. And nothing. Everyone is on vacation, and they left the receptionist, Janina, in charge. I think she's limiting her efforts, and I paid the cost of that.

Comfortable stay

Arrived at the hotel after an exhausting 11 coach trip. Check in was slow as the member of staff ignored us and spent her time talking in a foreign language to 2 guests she was checking in which took her well over 5 mins! Eventually another member of staff appeared and dealt with us. She was very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay in a lovely room and breakfast was amazing! Will definitely book this hotel again.

The property is in a very convenient location considering its nearness to the train stations and because it is right in the city center. The property is nice and clean and the staff are nice as well. However, there was no air conditioner but a fan in the room allocated to us.

Awesome stay

Was staying overnight for Glasgow Pride, staff were friendly and welcoming especially Laura who my friend and I had a lovely chat with. Our room was lovely and clean and beds are comfy. The buffet breakfast was extremely tasty as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The Hotel was chosen as its close to the Bus Station. My first impression was on how friendly the staff were. The paperless check in and ease of checking in. Our room was spotless and it was good that room cleaning was available every day. The breakfast was really good and there was plenty of choice. On the last day we had our luggage stored as we weren’t leaving Glasgow to 11PM. All and all a very pleasant place to stay and would certainly use the Hotel again if we come to Glasgow. Thank you very much.

Decent enough place

Decent enough place to stay if in town for a show. The room I had was spacious and quiet. Breakfast is ok for the money some other hotels look for 2-3 times as much. Staff are very friendly, chatty and helpful, heard a few giving guest recommendations for eateries.
