Reception bar staff( 2 males)on arrival were friendly and helpful. The girl on checkout was a bit dismissive. The hotel was funky although some areas were dark and not so welcoming ( the lift lobby) felt like it was forgotten about. Overall great, clean tidy and a good vibe.

Dad and daughter one night stay!

My daughter and I had a lovely one night stay at SEC Moxy. This was booked last minute but was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only downside was the expensive parking in the multi-storey car park next door. Other than that, an excellent stay with a superb breakfast and very comfortable room.

We liked the relaxed atmosphere & smart room. Bathroom a bit small but well equipped. Breakfast was good value but would have like more bread options. Lots of pastries & cakes but no mixed grain/ brown bread. Only strawberry jam no choice of conserve. Good coffee👍

Great stay at the Moxy. Fabulous, spacious room for me with 2 kids in tow. Bonus points for discount on parking next door and the brilliant breakfast - best selection I have seen in a hotel in a long time. Kids loved it and can’t wait to come back sometime already.

My nights stay at the Moxy SEC was very easy going. Check in was easy and quick. My room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and what I really liked was, when I closed the curtains it was dark. I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was superb.

Hotel was lovely, perfect location from Glasgow Central, especially if you’re going to an event at the SEC. Shower drain needed some attention, I was worried the shower would overflow so had to slow down the shower speed but otherwise no issues. The free breakfast included was perfect, lots of choice and avaibility
