Charming totally private 1000 sf 1st floor condo with two bedrooms, full bath, living/dining room, kitchen & wonderful backyard for a tranquil getaway.
Attitash - 4 miles, Story Land - 2 miles, close to Cranmore (North Conway), Jackson, Wild Cat & Bretton Woods. 30-minute drive to the Mount Washington Auto Road. Ideal for a memorable family vacation.
Close to Kancamagus Scenic Byway: The Kancamagus Highway, a 34.5 mile scenic drive along NH's Rt. 112 in Northern New Hampshire well known as one of the best Fall Foliage viewing.
Newly updated premises. New hardwood flooring, renovated high-end bath and kitchen, new appliances & furniture. Even new beds, mattresses & sheets!
The space is an open living, dining and kitchen area with new cabinets, new appliances and new furniture. There is an area rug on the new hardwood floor, ideal for kids to play on. There is a large TV mounted on the wall that can be viewed from anywhere in the room.
Behind the living area are two bedrooms with closets on either side and a bathroom in the middle equipped with a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has queen-sized beds, one has a single bed and the other has two so up to six persons can be accommodated comfortably.
Plenty of parking on site - entrance to property via a private driveway
Other things to note - There is a beautiful yard facing the property which provides a spectacular view right from the living room. In the fall and winter, when the trees shed some leaves, one can see the mountains beyond. Lots of very private indoor and outdoor space to enjoy
