I loved that the pools and water park were open and HEATED! The staff was exceptional from the front desk to the staff at the water park. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a nice and peaceful stay!

I didn’t get to see the whole property so take this as you will. I find reasons to not like a lot of things but I was happy here. The shower water could have been warmer, but I’m sure there has been someone that would complain it’s to warm, and let’s face it cooler showers in warm weather arent a bad thing. Every single employee I dealt with was happy, friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Edwin was an absolute joy. He was so helpful whenever I needed anything. I was on crutches during my stay and he was so attentive. Jonnie at the pool bar was also an absolute delight. Great personality...Great job guys!!!!

Not worth the price

The grounds are very beautiful and the water park looked fun. We were unable to use the waterpark since it was January and cold outside. I felt the rooms were outdated and anything purchased through he hotel was EXTREMELY over priced. To have 2 cocktails ordered to our room it was going to be over $60 and that didn't include the tip. My normal $6 latte from Starbucks was over $9 from their Starbucks (and very poorly made-unable to use Starbucks app for rewards/payment). My husband and I were trying the resort out as a possibility to do a staycation with the kids, but do to affordability and dated room, we will not return with our family of 5. We would consider doing a day pass to try the resort though.

I didn't like that I booked my family's vacation (there were 7 of us) at this resort only to learn that they were resurfacing the pool for more than half of our stay. The worst part is that I actually called before booking to make sure the waterpark would be available to us and was given a resounding "yes, of course it'll be open that week!". Lies. this miscommunication literally ruined my trip so truly bad job by the front desk girl there. The managers were nice and listened to my grievances but it could not be undone that I spent thousands to travel to a waterpark resort only to be told the waterpark was closed for ROUTINE maintenance. Not a surprise resurfacing, they knew it was coming - and failed to mention it to me when I called the resort before booking. Super bummed as I was looking forward to splashing in the wave pool with my kids all week but instead paid more money to visit the aquarium and lego land and all these other expensive endeavors that I could have done in any city.

The kids pool and wave pool were closed while we were there which was unfortunate, kids were too small for the slides so they only had lazy river as an option. They had fun just felt over priced for what was available. Restaurants on site are insanely overpriced. They were also blasting all of their propane heaters all day long despite the temp being in the mid 70's. So wasteful.
