Spacious rooms, a floor being renovated but little noise heard, ideal for the beach a 3 min walk, a 6min walk to the Light rail & cheaper bars, LT takes you straight into the city & worth a visit

We loved the Durham Serviced apartments. The room was spacious. Everything was clean. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The staff were great, friendly and very helpful. The location was amazing. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was easy to get downtown on the tram. Would highly recommend this apartment a and would stay here again.

Great price no frills hotel iin excellent location. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Will stay again.

Great view of the ocean and customer service

The rooms that we booked advertised on the internet were certainly not the rooms that we recieved ??????

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and homely. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The amenities were great and there was everything there that you would need for cooking. The pool and spa were lovely. The fact that there was a parking space included was a bonus and that it was adjacent to the lift which took you right to the door of the apartment.
