Wonderful hotel in a great location along the river. The view from Terrace 16 is amazing! Also, the pillows on the bed are really comfortable. I love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Staff service was very high quality and the lobby and common areas were very clean and well organized. Gym was modern, big and clean. The actual room had some marks on the walls and a buzzy air handling vent in the master. An automated lighting system that was a bit dim and difficult to use. We would stay again. Mini bar and snacks were high quality. We would stay again.

From the outside, its stunning. On the inside, its just meh. My room had scuffed up walls, below average toiletries, and was meagerly appointed, in general. On the plus side, the room was large and had a great view of the river. The fitness center was pretty nice, but overall the property seems a bit "long in the tooth". Many, many nicer hotels nearby.

Trump hotel Chicago review

The place was beautiful but the check in process was a little lengthy. The holding fee was more than I expected it would be. The toilet in are room kept making a loud running noise and they charge an extra fee if you want a delivery brought to your room. So we had to keep going downstairs for items ordered. It was my birthday weekend work my husband so it was a bit of an inconvenience having to do so. Also there a minimal channels available. They do have the Netflix app but we weren’t able to access any other apps. Other than that the place is beautiful. The view was amazing and the staff was nice and approachable. I also love the tub in the room. Overall a good experience.
