We had only one issue- food that should have been hot was served very cool… three times. This included high risk food with prawns, fish and a broth which I sent back and which was returned very little warmer, and eggs Benedict in which the poached egg and the sauce were as cool as the fish dish… as if they’d been standing on a counter for at least 20 minutes. Worrying. I spoke with the restaurant manager before I left. All their staff were delightful!! The room, despite a big wedding party, was quiet overnight, parking was very easy.
The rest of the guests were clearly there to see these two tie the knot!!

All the staff were helpful and friendly . An asset to the hotel . Went out of their way to help . Extremely comfy bed and lovely bedding . Food was good standard . Drinks were quite expensive but didn’t spoil our experience. The spa looked good too .

Super easy and comfortable stay

We had a great stay at Hatherley Manor. Check-in was super efficient. The rooms were clean and airy. We had a lovely game of chess on the lawn before dinner. It would have been great to have a bench out there to sit on. The food was brilliant and service in the restaurant was great. The next morning we had a swim in the pool.

There was a prom party they had not warned us about and despite moving from one side of the hotel to the other side to get away from noise, the noise was also on the other side til 11:45pm. Then could not sleep as very hot and no aircon

Nice property and a comfortable nights sleep. It’s a shame it appears they rely on extras to boost the price. Charging more for full English breakfast, and each dog staying seems a bit penny pinching when breakfast is stated as included. Appears cheaper when booking and then works out more expensive. Clever marketing that leaves guests not as catered for as you had hoped. That’s a shame as it’s a nice building situated in a nice area in a good location.

Great upmarket hotel for exploring the Cotswolds.

Beautiful Hotel lovely location for exploring the Cotswolds. Enjoyed using indoor pool & spa area. Looked fairly new. Breakfast nice but bit odd certain items were at an additional cost. Not seen this before? Enjoyed what we had.

Lovely hotel shame there is no air con, no fans in the rooms. Restaurant was very hot and the restaurant manager kept trying to shut the doors because of the smell of the farm Not very good being kept awake by a wedding reception which we wasn’t even advertised about

Our experience during the stay, which was overall pleasant. The hotel was very nice, and I appreciated the amenities. However, I did find one small aspect a bit unusual at breakfast. When the lady asked if I wanted tea or coffee, I was pleasantly surprised, as it's not common to receive that kind of service anymore. But then she directed me to the tea and coffee machine, which felt a bit odd. It might be clearer for guests if the staff simply explained that the tea and coffee machines are available, rather than asking if we wanted some and then pointing us to them. I just thought it was a minor detail worth mentioning, but it didn’t detract from my overall enjoyment of the stay.

Lovely hotel and staff but just one minor gripe.

We used this hotel as a stopover from the north west on the way to Cornwall. The hotel is lovely, old fashioned but fairly modern . The grounds are pleasant and the staff were friendly. Food was also good. EV chargers were a welcome bonus and worked well and weren’t overly expensive. My only gripe was that it was exceedingly hot when we were there and the hotel didn’t have air conditioning. I understand that in an older hotel but when I asked for a fan, I was told that someone had decided to take them all apart to clean them…..on one of the hottest days of the year. I just thought it wasn’t good planning on someone’s part.
