The Villa Granitz was probably built around 1900 as a town house. This beautiful and with great attention to detail renovated Art Nouveau villa is a listed building and has been completely reconstructed recently. You will charekterisiert by a maid-sided bay window and through the classical elements like pillars, Gesise and window surrounds.
