Very basic hotel lacking services and comfort

Very disappointed with this hotel. My check-in was delayed because of a problem with the previous guest in my room. Even though the room was advertised with air conditioning there was only a type of humidifier to turn on in the room. Very difficult to sleep at night in the Goiânia heat without an air conditioner. On top of that I was awoken early by noisy works inside the hotel, and when I went to take a shower the taps were not working, so I could not even have a shower to freshen up. Without a doubt one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in Brazil.

Sempre escolho esse hotel porque é bem localizado, os quartos são grandes e é ideal para viagens curtas de família. O problema é que está precisando de manutenção, coisas simples, que não são caras, como o tapete do elevador, que está um lixo.

Atendimento péssimo, tanto no check-in quanto no check-out. Banheiro não havia trava na porta, mesmo tendo uma placa dentro do quarto informando para deixá-la fechada. Precisei usar uma sacola de plástico para tentar deixar fechada. Não recomendo

Ruim, não tem vagas de garagem suficiente . Carro tem que ficar na rua. Portas muito barulhentas, luz que não apaga totalmente. Quarto com infiltração descascando a parede. Não tinha nenhum lençol para cobrir, tivemos que pedir na recepção.

Infelizmente alguns hóspedes não respeitam o silêncio e o Hotel não faz nada para coibir. A luz do apto não se apaga totalmente. Lençol rasgado. Porta do banheiro não para fechada, enfim, a estadia não foi das melhores.

Recepção decepcionante

Desta vez não fomos bem atendidos pela recepção. Nos arrumaram um quarto sem armário e sem uma mesinha de cabeceira. Pedi pra que nos arrumassem uma cama com um colchão melhor, mais firme pois tenho problemas de coluna e alguns colchões deles já são muito velhos. Uma das recepcionistas me disse que não tinha, mas ela saiu um pouco e a outra que entrou nos encontrou um quarto melhor com os itens exigidos. E na saída quase nos escorraçaram de lá não podendo esperar nem por 30 minutinhos após o meio dia. Não gostamos!
