Advantages- spacious, located close to tram line, within walking distance to beach, lovely reception staff, good pool, sauna. Disadvantages- the apartment is very dated. Needs to be refurbished. They state they are 4.5 stars, this is very misleading; I would rate 3.5 stars. Bed was extremely hard which meant a poor sleep, but thankfully they were able to help with bed topper with made it slightly more comfortable. Carpet and furniture are very worn/old. Carpet had long black hair on it in bedroom. Shower temperature altered whilst using. For $ spent I would look elsewhere.

Amazing staycation.

The apartment took our breadth away. Two balconies, sea view and city view - amazing. There is nothing in this apartment that we could fault, everything was provided. The only thing and it's a minor observation, was that the check in time finished at 5.00pm. A contact number was provided for after hours check in, but would have been problem for us as no mobile service. Don't let this put you off booking. Parking was provided for the stay.

Clean room Friendly staff Great views Very spacious Good location The issue we had was lack of crockery, utensils, scissors, small knives, fish slice making it very difficult when cooking meals for 4 Very basic standard considering this was a expensive self catering apartment for a family of four We were Constantly having to wash up after each meal rather than make full use of a dishwasher as not enough crockery to use, this was very disappointing, a couple of sachets of washing up liquid and dishwashers sachets is extremely frugal on the owners parts for a family of four to use for six nights, we have been in Australia since the beginning of December and have been accustomed to having enough of the basic amenities to use for our stays, yours sincerely Darren Jones

Great location, near the light rail and two blocks back from the beach. Only issue was the AC wasn’t working and it was pretty noisy outside, so the hottest night we had to decide between noise and heat. Otherwise spacious apartment with clean facilities and great pool.

Our apartment we stayed in was on level 11 , the furniture in the apartment needs updating, the carpet needs proper carpet cleaning. The view was nice. Staff was nice.

All the necessities were there. It was a bit dusty and moulds were on the hinges on the shower screen. The room was a a bit outdated and most furnitures were rusty. However, the water pressure of the shower were excellent! Overall it was good.

Perfect location with great views. Very clean & staff were very helpful. Would come back again. My only feedback is my aching legs even 3 days later after the false fire alarm & having to go down 21 flights of stairs at 1am in the morning. But at least it was a false alarm!

Beautiful resort with nice view and friendly staff. The resort is very close to beach, shopping center and the resort also has a spa, a sauna and a steam. The rooms are big and clean. We are on level 18 so it’s very quiet. We stayed for 5 days. It’s awesome. We will come back soon.
