Burleigh is a popular area with lots of fabulous and quirky cafes and restaurants.

NOTE: Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.

As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.


All pets must be pre approved and there is a pet fee of $33 per pet per night.

Security bond is required prior to access given.

The pool does not use any chemicals it has a NKD-R system.

Strict 9pm noise curfew.


"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
