The room stunk of dirty sweat and cigarette despite a sign stating $1800 fine for smoking, sheets didn't look like they were clean, rubbish bin in cupboard hadn't been emptied, toilet seat was up when I arrived, Curtains were grey full of dirt not white.

Dirty cutlery Dirty toilet lid On arrival just given room number and card No explanation how to get to it so we had to find it ourselves. Didnt want to sleep in a room that didnt look like anything had een done except make the bed. Didnt wanna sleep in it as to how unclean wverything else was

Checking was fine - they let us in slightly early as the room was ready but besides getting into the room that was all the instructions I was given We had breakfast do not get the buffet we waited over 20 minutes we had to ask for plates had to ask for water in the jug to make a cup Of tea or coffee was not told where the milk was Had to ask for utensils to use the buffet - the hot box dried the food out - the eggs stuck to the bottom nothing to get it off from the bottom the little sauces were over cooked I tried putting a fork in it and it flew off of my plate (couldn’t get my fork in it) condiments weren’t refilled I got sick of asking for things The omelette was good that my daughter had The milkshakes and berry smoothie took over 20 minutes (it was not busy) one kid got half a milkshake one 3/4 and one of them got a full one. Our drinks were delivered one to two at a time after we had already started drinking (it had been a good 5 minutes we got given the straws The room was good

The overall apartment was clean with 2 towels and a small numberof amenities available for us. About the average. Provided an extra key card on request though 👌 Gym equipment very dated and mostly broken. Cafe down the bottom was a bit pricey for quality but very convenient and lovely smiles.

We stayed at Hope Harbour for 3 nights.Room is big and clean, beds are so comfortable, reception is friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the noisy aircon.

Great location, beautiful views, unfortunately staff did not make any effort to speak to us at check in or out or from the restaurant for breakfast this morning. Bathroom in need of new grout but other wise room was very spacious and clean. Broken chair out on the deck and dirty towels and clothing on roof out from our room

Being on a work/ and private trip, wifi didn’t work at all, tried to use gym as advertised, machines were broken, cords were snapped, such a safety hazard, the room hadn’t been cleaned/ vacuumed in ages, and it was so hot in the room, no ventilation or fans it was horrible, shouldn’t be advertised if nothing works or is broken and can be dangerous. Microwave wasn’t connected and couldn’t reach PowerPoint when we tried to turn it on. Bumped the corner of my eye twice on a clear shelf in the bathroom, worst design ever. Only convenient for movie world, everything is a drive away. Restaurant was over priced and didn’t open until 6pm, and pool also hadn’t been cleaned In ages so filthy and around tiles/ Walk ways, needing blowing down hosing, had to wear shoes it was gross. etc. over priced for a super basic place with no working wifi.
