Do not book anything through last minute as if there's a problem you cant contact anyone. I booked a 1 night stay at this resort and when arriving on check in there was no rooms available and the resort was fully booked out already. I have tried contacting last minute for a refund and also tried contacting the resort for the last 2 weeks and no one answers the phone or responds to your messages. The resort would of been paid for the room that i did not stay in and i had to book another room for that night at another resort. Seems to me as bit of scam. 2 weeks later and I'm no closer getting my money refunded do not use last minute terrible customer service

Right on Marina Waterfront. Super pool (2 infact). Reception manned after 2pm. It would be nice if it was manned after 10am for bookings. The "booking" apps are too variable on pricing. It would be nice to book direct at a fixed price.

The property Manager, is also doing the cleaning, the kitchen, the reception without a receptionist. Bedsheets are dirty upon arrival, requested to be replaced. The manager/ cleaner saud yes! But, 1 person doing everything, more than likely you would forget! Tha was the case! Unfortunately, this a good hotel, but lack of manpower, it was allowed to drop to the minimum standard! It"s sad to see the hotel was neglected.

The view of the beautiful boats from our balcony was lovely. Didnt like that they didnt come to change your towels or make the beds each day. There is none at the front desk till 2pm everyday and they dont pick up the phone. Rooms need a good up grade ( curtains were all shredded like a cat had got to it ) the taps were hilarious as when you turned them on you were sprayed with souch water you needed to change your wet clothes 😄 Its a nice place and very well priced however just needs a an extremely good upgrade.

The male tall bold staff member was super nice the room had a sticker for a number theres dust in the carpet edges and the tv had no wifi access even though i was told it was a standard tv it does indeed connect to wifi if u set it up properly. The elevator kept freezing. The toilet seat was broken. Food was nice though. Staff super polite.

Desk not always manned. Filled up adjacent rooms in an almost empty hotel creating localised noise. Bar and parking great and the view across the canal from the bar/dining fabulous
