Netflix
Due to Netflix's new sharing restrictions, guests will need to log into their own Netflix account and select “travelling” on their account.
Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment and building facilities, except for a small number of owner-locked cupboards in the hallway and bedroom.

House Rules
✔ All group stays must be pre-approved. Please inquire before booking if travelling as a group.
✔ We primarily host families.
✔ Strict no-party policy.
✔ Excessive noise is not permitted as we respect our neighbours.
Things You Need to Know Before Booking
• For last-minute bookings within 3 days, guests may be asked to provide a selfie holding the credit card used for the reservation as an additional security measure to prevent fraudulent transactions.
• An additional public holiday surcharge equal to 50% of the cleaning fee will apply if your check-out date falls on a public holiday. This may be charged separately prior to arrival.
• Only the bedding prepared for the number of guests booked may be used. Use of additional bedding without approval may incur a $50 per night per item charge.
• Booking validation fee: A $10 booking tax applies per reservation to cover guest identity verification (listed as a service fee).
Pet Policy
A pet fee of $150 per pet per stay will be charged separately from the reservation total.
Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Guests must provide details of the pet, including confirmation that the pet is microchipped and vaccinated, and may be asked to provide a vaccination certificate.
Insects & Wildlife
Queensland's tropical climate means insects, lizards, rodents and other wildlife may occasionally be encountered.
All homes are regularly treated with pest control. Occasionally you may see dead insects as a result of treatment, which indicates the treatment is working.
Encounters with pests are not grounds for refunds or cancellation of your booking.
Maintenance & Access
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary.
All repairs will be attended to as soon as practicable, however delays may occur on weekends, public holidays or after hours.
Maintenance issues do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Please report any issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
Additional Notes
Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking are permitted to stay at the property.
Occasionally construction or renovation work may occur within the building or surrounding area. This is outside our control and refunds cannot be provided for disturbances resulting from such works.
