🚧 Gold Coast Light Rail & Nearby Construction Notice



Please note that the Burleigh area is currently undergoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. Works are taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and nearby areas and may result in:



▪️ Increased noise during daytime hours

▪️ Temporary traffic changes or detours

▪️ General construction activity in the surrounding area



While these works are outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. Once completed, the project is expected to significantly improve public transport access to Burleigh and surrounding coastal areas.



Additionally, demolition and construction have commenced on a neighbouring lot. Work is scheduled Monday to Saturday between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM. During these hours, you may notice elevated noise levels and increased activity around the site, including the movement of construction vehicles.



To reflect these temporary conditions, our property has been priced competitively during this period.

Unfortunately this unit is not suitable for little kids at all due to dangerous windows. Windows have no security. Kids could fall easily out windows in bedrooms and bathroom. Unit is old and does not have dishwasher. Water pressure is bad in shower. Second toilet is unsafe to break in because screen is disintegrated. We had adult children no trouble for us but very dangerous. Location, Views and balcony is great. But unit needs work.

Didn't, couldn't stay due to the whole place needing a refurbishment. Shouldn't be rented until that work is completed by the owner. Letting company looked after us well and we love our stay at the new location.

Great location but advertisement not accurate

Great location! Cute unit. Amazing views from balcony but limited furniture as previously mentioned in reviews. Did not have a good experience with rental agency. AD was not correct and check in directions confusing. Rented this unit as listed as 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The unit is only 2 bedrooms. Called agency once we entered unit and they confirmed it was only a 2 bedroom building and asked for proof of AD. I sent photos and only received email apologizing for incorrect AD and asking if we were OK with 2 bedrooms. Not wanting to move buildings again, we made it work. The next day, the toilet would not flush. Emailed the agency overnight so they would receive it first thing. No contact by midday. Called and was advised they had meetings all day so not checking email. They did arrange and get a maintenance man out to fix problem within a couple hours after that. No solution to fix the bedroom issues. Then checking in and trying to park, the website link they send to you said to park downstairs in one area but if you keep reading, it says only allowed to park upstairs. So much contradicting information in the AD and check in forms. You just had to read everything and try it until something worked.

Great Location needs some TLC

Great location and view, unit is needing some TLC , only 2 old uncomfortable chairs on the balcony which was disappointing, ensuite shower continued to drip making it hard to sleep as there is no door between ensuite and main bedroom, no dishwasher, ceiling fans or air conditioning.
