Was deeply disappointed with the apartment. Apart from amazing views, the apartment had nothing else going for it.
1) Filthy floors - within 5 minutes for walking barefeet around the living and kitchen area, the soles of our feet turned black and were covered in dirt. This was completely unacceptable as we were staying with 2 kids (one is crawling baby). I spent about 40 minutes mopping the floor multiple times just to make it livable.
2) The AC remote for the 2nd bed room didn't work, so the kids spent a long time in the hot room before I poked around and was able to turn the AC on manually. Ofcourse, couldn't adjust the AC temp or anything since the remote was non-functional but luckily the temp defaulted to something livable.
3) AC in the main bedroom leaks and nearly wet our luggage but luckily I spotted it in time.
4) The provided non-stick pots and pans were horrendous. Damaged and full of scratches. Had to run to the super market to buy a pan. They should probably just provide steel pans to avoid this situation.
5) The balcony floor was also not cleaned properly. All the shelving in the apartment and bed side tables had a film of dust. We just lived out of our suitcases to avoid having to clean everything ourselves.
6) There was no vaccumm cleaner in apartment. To their credit, they dropped one off after I informed them.
7) Broken items suck as stuck wardrobe doors, pantry door, main bedroom fan switch, non-functional living room fan.
