This apartment is located on the Southern end of Surfers Paradise, so it’s out of the hustle and bustle but close enough for you to walk in if you decide.
If arriving by car, you will need the keys prior to entering and exiting the secure carpark located down the ramp.
If you have a second vehicle, please bear in mind that there is only one allocated parking space for the apartment and street parking is limited to a maximum of 3 hours Monday to Friday. There are no limits during the weekends.
Other things to note
This apartment is not managed by the reception or building manager at all. For any assistance, please do not approach reception, as they will not assist. Please contact us through the Airbnb messenger app.
*The building has no direct access after 4:30pm during weekdays, nor after 11:30am on a Saturday and not at all on a Sunday. Please provide your time of arrival so that the exchange of keys can be planned in advance.
