As a rule we only take families. Respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 7am.

You have acess to the back 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. There are 4 bedrooms at the front no access. The bbq and pool are shared with the 4 bedroom house if it is booked .

There is plenty of street parking.

BBQ must be cleaned or guests will be charged $50

Loss off garage remote control will be $150 replacement charge.

Pool and BBQ area shared if the 4 bedroom house is booked
