Only 10 minutes walk to restaurants, shops and beautiful Coolangatta beach.
The space
Located in one of the most beautiful beaches in Gold Coast, this spacious 2 bedroom apartment offers 2 bathrooms, free visitors parking, renovated kitchen and a large and sunny balcony.
The main suite has a comfortable king size bed, TV, air-conditioning and a double wardrobe.
The second bedroom includes a day bed that converts into a queen size bed. It also has ceiling fan and a wardrobe.
The ample air-conditioned living area and adjoined kitchen open out onto a sunny balcony with beautiful green views.
The kitchen features stone bench tops, stainless appliances including dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all kitchen essentials.
We are on the top floor with no lifts. There are 2 sets of stairs from the entrance and 3 sets of stairs from the carpark.
We are located in a quiet residential area. In consideration of our neighbors, we have a strict no party policy. We ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum and respect the quiet time restrictions from 10pm - 8am.
We are a non smoking apartment.
No pets allowed. As much as we love pets, we are unable to have any kind of pets in our apartment.

Please be aware planned road works are scheduled in the area between 31 Oct until 1 Mar 2023 and are expected to cause some disruptions such as partial road closure, noise and dust.
The road works will stop for 2 weeks around Christmas and New Year.
Work times are Mon-Sat from 7am to 5pm.
Guest access
You'll have access to the whole unit except for 1 small room that will be locked.
Indoor visitor's parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Plenty of parking is available on the street.
