The service was lovely, bed comfortable. Room decor was professional, room service food was convenient and nice. Didn't like the mould everywhere: blinds, pictures on walls, surrounding full wall window, on sills, curtains and on near by furniture. Mould is very hazardous and disgusting, was disguised with smell of bleach on entry. Formal complaint was made and will further escalate it if needed.

Value for money here is below average. Service - very average, clean towels daily - about it.. no cleaning of the room or bathroom, no vacuum Had a broken TV in the room - makeshift streaming with cables across the room instead. Food in the restaurants - average at best. No water in the rooms - unless you pay for it. Also not restocked daily. Would not stay here again.

Not the best stay!!

Last time I stayed it was good. This time, not so much. The cardkeys wouldn't work, pool and spa closed, then the car parking card not validated, and got the soup and they didn't put gladwrap on it, and got to the room and it had spilled, had to go and get another one!!! Not the best stay and not really planning on returning.
