Perfect location in an aging building. Nothing between you and the beach but a pathway, bringing endless foot and wheel traffic. Although the building is old, the apartment, ground floor, is clean, comfortable with a well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Position is everything for this place. Clubs and shops within walking distance. Have a bike and everything is well in reach via the path.
