The room was clean, but the room I had was worn and tired. I was nearly too tall for the shower / bath setup, and the air con was noisy. However, it’s convenient, decent value, amazing customer service, and I only needed it to rest my head. I’ve stayed with them a few times, and I’ve always been happy overall.

We were happy to receive an early check in and the spacious was ready and beautiful. Bed was incredibly comfy, nice pillows and an awesome view from the Balcony. Free Bottle of wine on check in, as a welcome gift, super cool. Excellent location, close to shopping and dining.

We only stayed for 1 night, it was clean but dated, needs a freshen up. Lovely view of yhe river. The aircon was very noisy, it kept us awake for most of the night, along with the traffic noise and sirens. We found a large spill of something wet on the carpet beside the bed, we didnt notice it until we stepped in it. The bathroom has a shower within the bathtub, quite narrow and awkward to get in and out of. It was average, I don't think I wouldnt stay here again.

The room was sold as a City view for $379 and there was no City view a building, metal roof and loud man road just horrible view. I understand the rooms can’t all be high however this room cannot be sold as a city view and should be much cheaper. Even in the busy seasons, it ruined the stay. Note I have stayed several times before high better view levels and cheaper.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect close to everything, making it super convenient to explore the area. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience and would love to stay here again!
