Big Air Chalet. (Sauna+Hot tub)
A great basecamp for exploring the mountains. Soak in the mountain views from the hot tub, zen out in the treehouse sauna, chill on the deck or stay cozy inside this modern, fully equipped suite.
The property is located a 6 minute drive from downtown Golden and 20 minutes away from the lifts at Kicking Horse resort. Driving distance to Yoho, Glacier, Banff and Bugaboo National parks.

You'll be staying in your very own suite (above garage) on a forested property just outside of Golden. You'll feel like you're tucked away in the woods, but only a 5 minute drive to get groceries.
The property has 3 other tiny homes. Theres a shared a hot tub, treehouse sauna and a fire pit. (all with epic mountain views)
The suite has lots of windows overlooking the views and a big deck, complete with BBQ and seating.
Inside you'll find:
- everything you need to cook (fridge, oven, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes etc)
- a full bathroom with tiled shower and heated floors
- Smart TV
- massive Couch
- High Speed Starlink internet

On the day of your arrival you'll be sent a code for the electronic door lock. Check in any time after 4pm
The property can experience light noise from the nearby road and train.
Toilet:
Being a rural property we use a septic system therefore, Please only flush toilet paper. (no diapers, paper towels, wet wipes etc..)
Parking:
Please park near the tiny houses and leave the large turnaround area clear
Cooking:
Don’t use metal on the nonstick cooking pots instead use the silicone utensils provided so that the pots/pans stay in good shape!
Ski, bikes and gear:
There is a gear room for skis and bikes. Please leave your gear in there and not in the house to avoid any damages to home.
Noise:
Please Be respectful of the person in the other homes, and keep outdoor music to a minimal after 10pm.
HOT TUB:
Please shower before using the hot tub. Absolutely no glass in the hot tub. broken glass will result in a 300$ refill fee.
Garbage:
Don't leave garbage outside. any garbage can go to the dumpster located on the property next to the garage.
BBQ: please burn off any excess food to ensure no animals are attracted
