Golden Moments - Downtown Condo

Enjoy your stay in this centrally located, stylish condo. The condo is located a short walk from all Golden has to offer. The building boasts a great coffee shop, is located next to the Whitetooth Brewery and sits right next to the river path. Golden is located in the middle of a number of National Parks, and offers guests world worldclass golf, skiing, hiking and a multitude of other activities for you to curate your perfect vacation.

The third floor property is perfectly furnished and equipped to offer guests everything they need for their vacation and a 'home away from home' experience.

Guests have access to the whole condo, with the exception of a locked store room off the hallway.

I do not live on site and communicate predominately through the app.

The condo is located on the edge of the downtown core, between the Whitetooth Brewery and the Kicking Horse River

There is no transit in Golden and the taxi service is limited. A vehicle is highly recommended

A/c is central and controlled by a building management system. This means it cannot be adjusted in the condo. While the system is maintained at 19 degrees C, the condo is south west facing and may heat up depending on hours of sunshine, particularly on the warmest summer days. We recommend using the fans provided and keeping window coverings and windows closed while the sun is above the mountains. Opening windows in the evening and overnight can assist with overnight cooling.

The parking is provided at the rear of the building. Parking for one vehicle is in Stall 309, additional parking is on the street opposite the front of the building.
Storage for outdoor equipment is provided in a locked storage area in the parking area.
