This was a return visit to Goldsboro and the second time staying at the Homewood Suites in Goldsboro.
Very clean exterior and interior (lobby and rooms). Room was nice and large with an area to work, and cook if this is needed.
Conveniently located near a highway but not too close so the noise will not be an issue. Close to dining and downtown too.
Great front desk staff and very pleasant breakfast personnel too.
This place was amazing. Spotlessly clean, laundry facility, restrooms, breakfast area.
Breakfast buffet was awesome. A lot to offer. Used actual plates, cups & silverware. Staff was incredible!!! Very helpful, professional & courteous. Housekeeping was spot on. Rooms were nice and spacious. They thought of everything you might need. Will definitely book again!
RUDE and UNSAFE. Do not stay here! They didn't have our room, were insulting and refused when we asked to speak to a manager. Hilton Headquarters is current looking into multiple other problems we had w the staff their that resulted in us needing a police escort us to our car with 2 small children at midnight so we could move to a new hotel
We were in town for a wedding and we loved it! It was close for last minute shopping trips and quick lunches. Loved the common area— perfect for hanging out. The suites were truly a home away from home.
The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, making for a wonderful stay. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Jonah—he was exceptionally kind, attentive to detail, and by far the most efficient check-in associate we’ve ever encountered in our travels.
Everything was very good.It was very clean , breakfast was good, very friendly and helpful staff.The only complaint was that the bed was not soft i had a sore back all weekend
