Built in 2018, these detached holiday homes in a modern Alpine chalet style impress with high-quality furnishings, abundant use of wood, large panoramic windows overlooking the Bocksberg mountain, a private sauna (up to 115°C), and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. Offering approximately 70 square meters of living space, they can accommodate up to five people plus an infant. Amenities include a 55-inch flat-screen cable TV, a modern fitted kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave, as well as a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. A terrace with mountain views, free Wi-Fi, and parking directly at the house complete the package. Located on the edge of the forest in Hahnenklee, the cabins are ideal for hikers, winter sports enthusiasts, and families – with a cable car, bike park, summer toboggan run, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Goslar all within easy reach. Utility costs such as electricity and water are billed according to consumption.

The utility costs for water and electricity are billed separately based on actual consumption and deducted from the security deposit. Fortunately, the houses are equipped with an instantaneous water heater and electric radiators.
