Sköna sängar och stort badrum, men inte riktigt städade rum och ej fyllda tvålar,papper osv. Frukosten var sisådär. Tort bröd, ingen ost och nästan inga sittplatser vid frukosten + var att det fanns pannkakor.

Please don't stay here!

I booked a Grand Double room for 4 nights and on arrival I paid the full fee as requested. When we got to the room it was not a Grand Double and frankly it was disgusting. (Pics are available). We approach the hotel reception but there was no other room available. I have requested a refund/ compensation from hotels.com and despite 3 days of effort the company have had no response from the hotel. I want this resolved and I won't go away until it had been sorted out. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in 50 yrs. Mould broken furniture dirty walls broken fittings and bulbs. It's a horror show !

Ett totalt haveri! Jag bodde här för ett par år sedan och var nöjd. Nu fick jag ett rum i en av sidobyggnaderna som var sunkigt! Det var skräpigt och ofixat runt huset. Runt hela hotellet! Ogräs och oklippta gräsmattor. Ingen tillgång till uteserveringens platser. Flaskor och skräp överallt. Frukosten väldigt enkel och torftig. På kvällen var det en stackars tjej som bemannade reception, bar OCH kök! Och detta var när hotellet var fullbokat då det var Gothiavecka!! Lamporna i rummet funkade inte mm mm Hit återvänder jag inte!

Bästa semestern

Så fint och mysigt hotell. Fina pooler, trevlig personal, fin bastu och en härlig spa-upplevelse. Oavsett om du reser med familjen eller kommer hit på smekmånad så kommer du att få en kanonupplevelse som sent ska glömmas. Du kan bara unna dig lite vardagslyx i deras spa eller slappa vid poolen med familjen. På kvällen kan barnen roa sig vid biljardbordet medan de vuxna svänger sina lurviga på dansgolvet. På morgonen så skäms man bort med en riktigt fin buffé så man är redo för dagens aktiviteter. Här finns det verkligen något för alla och jag har redan börjat planera nästa besök!
