The property is new and modern with air conditioning. Breakfast and hotel food options were good.
Service and cleaning was minimal or non-existent. I was told at check in that light housekeeping would take place daily and if I needed a deeper clean for a longer stay, I could book that through a QR code, which I did on day 6 of a 9 day stay because nothing was getting touched in our room. I came back to fresh beds and one garbaged cleaned however the floors weren't swept, the toilet paper and supplies weren't refilled and we had no fresh towels. I had to ask at the front counter twice for toilet paper, towels, and soap however the bathroom garbage was never changed in the 10 days I stayed there with my kids. When I asked about the dirty towels, I was told I had to bring them to the hotel lobby.
The location is not very walkable as it's between a large bridge and the train station, in the middle of major construction. Next time I will look for something with a little more character and better service reviews.
