mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée

Après 10 h de voyage, nous avons découvert une maison dont le ménage n'avait pas été fait. La prestation de ménage était prévue dans la location durant le séjour et à la fin du séjour. Le propriétaire a refusé un geste commercial et nous a raccroché au nez lorsque nous l'avons appelé à ce sujet. Une équipe de ménage devait intervenir pour rétablir la situation, ils ont refusé la mission suite à un différent avec le propriétaire. Finalement, nous avons fait notre mini ménage quotidien. Nous avons payé une prestation de ménage qui n'a pas été réalisée. Quand on voit le prix de la location, la prestation n'est pas à la hauteur. Je déconseille fortement cette location. Je regrette d'avoir investi deux ans d'économie dans cette location.
