Welcome to The Governor's Harbour Collection - Anchor Point Apartments; an affordable, condo-style development located in the heart of Governor's Harbour, Eleuthera. The complex is comprised of two buildings: One contains 2 one-bedroom apartments and two standard two-bedroom apartments, while the other contains 2 larger, two-bedroom apartment suites. All units are built with covered, outside balconies that offer fantastic views of Anchor Bay.

This unit is located on the elevated lower level of the complex. Inside, the apartment is fully fitted with modern touches such as built-in shelving in the living room, stainless steel kitchen appliances inclusive of ductless range hoods, a full-size washer and dryer, and all-new bathroom vanities. There is countertop dining provided in the kitchen area (for 4), and an outdoor dining table and chairs for six.

The main bedroom features a King-size bed and the second bedroom contains a Queen. Both bedrooms are en-suite, with full bathrooms complete with white ceramic sinks, high efficiency toilets and walk-in shower stalls.

A double-sized sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate up to two additional guests and is perfect for those travelling with children or an extended family member. There is also an additional single roll away bed that can be provided, on request.

Pricing for this unit is based on occupancy, allowing smaller groups (4 or less) to enjoy the apartment at a lower rate while consuming less utilities and creating less wear on the property. Please ensure you select the correct quantity travelling for accurate pricing and bed configuration ahead of arrival.

Additional amenities include ductless air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, a well-equipped kitchen, full washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet, back-up power generator, and Cable/Smart TV. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and cooler bag are also provided for our guests.

The apartments are set in the vibrant heart of Governor's Harbour, a prime location for exploring Central Eleuthera. We are one block from the historic Haynes Library, and less than a 1/4 mile from Cupid's Cay, home of the Eleutheran Adventurers, and the site of the first Bahamian Parliament in 1746.

Anchor Point is in walking distance to local supermarkets, banks (2 with ATMs), coffee shops, gift stores and more - But, if you want to really explore the island, it is best to rent a car. There are endless secluded beaches that travel the length of the island, just waiting to be explored!
