Tolles Haus - Schwacher Vermieter

Das Haus hat alles geboten, was wir gebraucht haben, hat eine angenehme Größe und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Leider befanden sich bei der Anreise vor dem Schuppen noch leere Flaschen der Vormieter. In der Küche befanden sich zudem noch Krümel auf dem Kochfeld und auf dem Boden. Die teuer dazu gebuchte Bettwäsche wurde nicht sinnvoll auf die Zimmer verteilt. In der Kommunikation mit dem Büro der Vermietungsgesellschaft gab es leider Schwierigkeiten. Es war unmöglich jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen und auf die Frage, wann denn die Kaution bitteschön zurückgezahlt wird, erhält man eine Antwort mit Behauptungen, die nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen. 11 Tage hat es gedauert, bis die Kaution endlich gutgeschrieben worden ist. Das ist eindeutig nicht "unverzüglich", wie es in den AGBs heißt.
