Hotel muito bem localizado, duas quadras da rua coberta. Infraestrutura muito boa, cama e banheiro ok. Café da manhã bom. Único ponto negativo é o acústico interno do hotel, da pra escutar barulho dos quartos do lado e de cima, barulho do corredor. O frigobar do nosso quarto e a ventilação do banheiro fazem barulho constante, ficou um pouco difícil pra dormir.

Nice hotel!

Hotel was good. Close to alot of restaurants in Gramado. Really impressed with the hot water compared to alot of hotels I’ved been to. The only thing I noticed was they used two single bed to make a king sized bed but other than that we enjoyed the hotel.

O Hotel tem uma ótima localização e possui estacionamento (pago) que ajuda muito, pois estacionar no centro de Gramado é desafiador. Os funcionários foram muito educados e prestativos.

Na recepção, em alguns momentos, não via ninguém. Café da manhã foi maravilhoso ! Quartos com janelas acústicas, mal ouvia o som da rua. Isso é ótimo. Em contrapartida, o banheiro fazia alguns barulhos de estalidos. O espelho do quarto estava solto. Lençol e colcha estavam com manchas.

Hotel confortável e bem localizado.

O Hotel é muito confortável e tem ótima localização. O atendimento foi sempre muito prestativo por parte de todos os funcionários. A cama confortável e o quarto foi limpo diariamente. O café da manhã foi bom, tinha reposição dos alimentos e sempre encontrei mesas disponíveis no salão do café. Minha única ressalva foi que tinha um degrau para entrar dentro da banheira e achei a condição perigosa, podendo gerar um acidente, mas vi depois que existem banheiros sem esse degrau e olharia esse detalhe em uma reserva posterior.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente. Perto de tudo em Gramado. O café da manhã é muito bom! Mas, repetitivo. Apenas alguns bolos são alterados. O quarto é confortável. Porém, muito pequeno para 3 pessoas. Possui uma mesinha e uma cadeira que dificultam a locomoção dentro do quarto. Poderia ser maior. Funcionários educados e solicitos. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

Hotel excelente! Bem localizado, próximo à rua coberta, camas mega confortáveis, chuveiro maravilhoso, café da manhã farto e recepcionistas e funcionários em geral super solícitos. Nosso quarto era um dos mais simples e ainda assim adoramos! No final ainda recebemos um mimo para seguirmos viagem. Super recomendo o hotel!
